With just eight days to go before the Reagan era officially ends, and George H. W. Bush becomes President of the United States, Ronald Reagan has apppeared on television for the last time to say his goodbyes. Our correspondent Nick Peters watched the twenty-minute address, and, as he now reports, it was a vintage Reagan performance. Reagan thanks his countrymen for their votes, and urges them to back Bush to push America forward.
