Description

Margaret Shiels reports on a review of progress on inquiry recommendations on the Broadwater Farm estate in North London following riots 18 months ago during which PC Keith Blakelock was murdered. The inquiry team will also look into the trials of rioters and inner city problems in general. Includes interview with Lord Gifford (Anthony Gifford), head of inquiry; Clasford Stirling, resident.
