Description

Emergency services in the city have won praise for their swift and effective handling of a fire at the top of the NatWest Tower. No-one was injured in the blaze, but 500 workmen had to leave the tower, which is being renovated. Divisional fire officer David Robinson says an accident team has been examining the building to try to determine the cause.
