Description

A cleaning up operation is underway after the top of the NatWest Tower in the City caught fire. Building workers had to be brought down the side of the 52-storey office block to safety by fire fighters. No-one was hurt and an investigation has already begun into how it started. Robert Allen reports from the scene.
