With the United Nations deadline approaching, UN Secretary General Javier Perez de Cuellar calls for Saddam Hussein to pull his troops out of Kuwait and avoid war. Perez de Cuellar says that the Palestine problem will be top of the international agenda. Yesterday the House of Commons voted to support the use of force in Iraq.
