Description

Political correspondent Kevin Murphy interviews Chairman of the Home Affairs Select Committee Ivan Lawrence following a private meeting between members of the committee and the Director-General of MI5 Stella Rimmington. Following allegations the Camillagate and Squidgygate tapes were the result of a conspiracy by MI5 and MI6. Lawrence refuses to confirm the subject of whether security forces had been involved in bugging royal telephone conversations had been raised but argues there is no evidence for the allegations.
