Paul Rowley interviews Sefton Labour MP Terry Fields, who was imprisoned for 2 months for failing to pay his poll tax (community charge) and has been thrown out of Labour. He describes the damage done by the court proceedings and criticises the Government and the Labour Party for ruining his career prospects. He is to sue for wrongful imprisonment.
