Mark Mardell reports how, in the Wapping News International dispute, the electricians have sold the printers down the river. The General Council of the TUC met to discuss this, but their instructions to the electricians are very weak. Chairman of the TUC, Ken Gill comments, but refuses to say whether or not there was a climbdown.
