Description

David Kermode reports on the campaign by an all-party group of MPs to lower the age of consent for homosexual sex to 16 (currently 21), a free vote will be taken on the proposed amendment to the Criminal Justice Bill later this month. Includes interviews with campaign leader Edwina Currie; openly gay MP Chris Smith; Angela Mason and Ian McKellen of Stonewall gay rights group who says it will allow sex education for gay men and so reduce the incidence of AIDS.
