Description

Auditor John Magill presents to the press his report regarding the sales of council houses and private grants awarded by Westminster City Council members to win votes in the 1990 local election. He concludes the council members (lists them including former leader Dame Shirley Porter) acted disgracefully by gerrymandering and should pay back the money lost and some should be prevented from being councillors.
