Report back to the studio on a ceremony at which the USSR is to release 140 prisoners who were imprisoned for so called anti-Soviet behaviour (out of a suspected 600). Film stars, celebrities, politicians and royals have been invited to the propaganda event, at which they will also talk about nuclear disarmament. The event has not been publicised to the Soviet people. Male reporters not identified.
