Description

The United States Government is back in business after Congress and President Bill Clinton agreed to restore funding and sent eight hundred thousand employees back to work, but the deal is only a stopgap in the budget dispute which has paralysed America for the past month. Republican Leader of the House Newt Gingrich says workers will be paid - at least for the time being.
