Kevin Dunne(?) reports from the Shetland Islands on the MV Braer oil tanker breaking up following 2 nights of intense hurricane winds and high seas. The tanker had been stricken off the Scottish islands and losing its crude oil cargo, little of which is now thought to be left inside.
