Frank Galbally, lawyer of Briton Kevin Barlow who is facing the death sentence in Malaysia, says that he believes he can have Barlow pardoned. He says that Barlow has been denied basic justice, largely because of the incompetence of his own counsel and the authorities in Malaysia.
