- SUNDAY SUPPLEMENT: A series of programmes with interviews and music, transmitted from 16:00 to 17:00 on Ocean Sound North. The Light FM. Presented by Adam Harding and others where mentioned. Most interviews were recorded on location - hence the ambience. CD3 - Here is an interview with Ron Goodwin, conductor and film music composer. He started to play piano with 5 years-old. With 11 years he started to become interested in participating in orchestra in the school. He tried to be an insurance broker for 6 months, but it did not work out. He had a gift for music since his youth and knew that he had to work to earn a living by his music. To him,writing music is like writing letters. Some people have a musical mind, others have literary minds. At the moment, he is working on a music project for Plymouth - The Armada celebration on July 22nd of 1987. He is preparing a concert for the story of the Defeat of the Armada. He talks about his life and his career. [Box 11]
