Description

A report from a very special school in Portsmouth: Cliffdale School. It is a school for boys and girls from 5 to 12 years-old with language learning problems. Guy Payne talks to the headmaster, Robert Hancock and he explains all about this school. They have 166 children and girls and the main objective is to prepare these children to be socially accepted in the society when they leave the school, and to be able to work and be confident emotionally. There is a social training programme and Cliffdale endeavours to maintain its reputation as a truly open school. The parents can participate and are welcome to give their opinions and contributions.
