Born in September, 24, 1942, he is best known for his appearances as Mr Spooner on the British sitcom Are You Being Served? He is here this week starring at King’s Theatre, Southsea, starring at Pantomine Season, in a play: Mother Guss. A singer, stage performer, television actor. He talks about his life and his career, and how he got interested in acting and music. [Box 7]
