A Reading couple have won 122-thousand pounds on the football pools. 63-years-old Ted Hoare and his wife Ruby have won the cash on Littlewoods Pools for a ninety-pence stake. They have been doing the pools for 35 years, although Ted says he does not know a thing about football. It was Ruby who ticked off their eight score draws for their big pay-out. [Box 3]
