A Reading woman has sent a special Valentine message to her boyfriend over the airwaves on Radio 210 this morning. 30-year-old Christine Small asked him to marry her and within minutes he rang the station to accept. Kate Butler has been to see the happy couple and reports. 25-year-old John Railey is very happy.
