Description

In 1984 D.G. Finley published ‘Watchman’, the first in a quartet of novels about a strange and beautiful house called ‘Lavenham’ in the Sussex village of Apuldram. In July the final book in the sequence appeared. ‘Graven Image’ is about a haunted house and the family destined to be tied to it through six generations. Sean Street joins the author in the Sussex countryside for an exploration of the landscape that forms the backdrop to an uncanny story.
