Description

ILR sponsored a participating band for the 1984 European Broadcasting Union Rock Festival. This was held on 11th and 12th May 1984 in Nuremberg, Germany. All 12 bands were representatives of broadcasting organisations. On behalf of the ILR network, BRMB sponsored the ‘Ruby Turner Band’. It was generally felt that their performance was one of the highlights of the festival. All 12 bands have been recorded and will be offered to the network in due course. This recording has been produced for the UK market at BRMB and is suitable for all stations.
