- Synopsis
- Drawing on the stimulus from Hamlet FOR THY LOVE is an adaptation of Tom Stoppard’s Fifteen Minute Hamlet. The piece portrays a range of prominent characters from the original play, exploring the hidden connections and ties between them. The first half focuses on elements found in the equality of men and women in the tragic tale, presented through the eyes of Ophelia and Gertrude. The focus then shifts to the romanticised relationship between Hamlet and Ophelia.
