Horn Dance, The

Synopsis
Inspired by the 2012 exhibition ‘Shakespeare: Staging the World’. at the British Museum Liz Unna looks at pagan rites and rituals in Shakespeare’s work. She captures the Abbotts Bromley horn dance and talks to RSC’s Head of Movement, Struan Leslie, about the horn dance he created for the company’s production of As You Like It directed by Michael Boyd. The film also features Dora Thornton, British Museum curator, who talks about the antlers featured in the exhibition.
