Synopsis
Comedy short in which Lupino Lane joins a vaudeville company, first as a bill sticker and then as an actor after the leading man quits. Includes a scene from Romeo and Juliet in which Lane (Romeo) trips over his cloak and falls into the orchestra pit, then destroys the set by trying to climb up to Juliet on the balcony. In the next scene he and the company manager fight with maces.
