Much Ado About Nothing: An Introduction

Synopsis
Part of a series of educational films intended to serve as an introduction to each play’s theme or atmosphere. Designed to reproduce the conditions of acting in Elizabethan times such as having the same actors play several roles, thus showing how the plays were originally written for a specific company of actors. Includes extracts from Act IV i (Beatrice urging Benedick to kill Claudio); Act V ii (the lovers become reconciled).
