A case presentation.
Case record of a man aged 68 with swelling of anterior chest wall. Pulsatile qualities demonstrated. The disease in this form is very rare, and it is unlikely that a medical student will see a case like this.
A man aged 29 is shown demonstrating the general posture, the festinant gait and tremor of hands typical of parkinsonism. He had an acute illness sixteen years earlier for which he was three years in hospital.
