- On 16 June 2009, the Government published the Digital Britain Final Report. It contained over 70 Actions, most of which required further action to implement. Following ministerial changes, this plan formally sets out the future governance arrangements and programme plan for the delivery of the actions contained in the Final Report. The paper is divided into three parts: programme governance; implementation of proposals requiring legislation; implementation of non-legislative proposals.
