- This report was commissioned by Ofcom and prepared by Ipsos MORI as part of Ofcom’s responsibility for holding the BBC to account for the delivery of its mission and public purposes. The report summarises audiences’ perceptions of distinctiveness with regard to the BBC and is based on 2,114 interviews carried out between 23 June and 3 July 2017.
