- Ofcom’s third review of public service broadcasting (PSB) examines the period from 2008 - 2013. It sets out the wider context in which PSB operates and then considers how well the system has delivered since 2008 according to its own criteria.
Separately Ofcom has a duty (as outlined in the 2010 Digital Economy Act)to assess how Channel 4 Corporation has delivered its broader duties. This document includes a summary of Ofcom’s findings.
