- This report considers the economic benefits that the BBC brings to the UK economy, particularly the digital and creative sectors.
The report does three main things: it fulfils the commitment to report every two years on the BBC’s economic contribution to the UK; it develops a structure to position the BBC as an open organisation which aims to work with the creative sector; finally it presents four case studies of BBC activities and partnerships which have made a contribution to innovation, growth and knowledge sharing.
