- In October 2007, as part of its Fair Trading responsibilities, the BBC Trust commissioned an independent review of the BBC’s financial and contractual arrangements for premium rate services. The report includes this review carried out by Pricewaterhouse Coopers, the Trust’s conclusions in light of PwC’s findings, and a response from the BBC Executive.
