Description
The DCMS Digital Strategy sets out the key role of the DCMS in delivering the Government’s digital agenda, whcih it aims to achieve by providing the UK with the best superfast broadband in Europe by 2015, and using digital technology to improve ways of working, communication with the public and policy-making. The report also takes the opportunity to highlight the work being done by DCMS’s arm’s length bodies in the digital arena, referring to the Imperial War Museum, the British Library and the BFI’s Film Forever initiative.
