The report also says that UK film tax relief remains crucial to future growth and looks at the industry’s impact across the wider economy, identifying opportunities to diversify and grow the export base. The report emphasises the growth of Video-on-Demand will change the way film is consumed and warns of the dangers of copyright infringement. Links between the film industry and other creative sectors should be strengthened.
