Bournemouth University Library in partnership with the Media School has created collections around the theme of Broadcasting History.

The archive comprises collections of journals, reports, series and annuals connected with British broadcasting and broadcasting organisations. Interest in broadcasting history within Bournemouth University centres on the Centre for Broadcasting History Research. The archive is in the very early stages of development, comprising programme journals and an extensive range of texts, journals and other material in the area of broadcasting and media research located in the Library and Learning Centre, Talbot Campus.

2,500 items including 150 virtual reality animations on videotapes. Various formats.
