Video: 700 hours. 320 hours of unedited tapes of the island’s scenery not used in complete documentaries.Advertising, amateur, documentary, news and current affairs, science and education, unedited documentary material.
Video components: VHS Video, hi-band U-Matic, lo-band U-Matic, Beta/Beta-SP.
Film: 85,000 feet. 70% colour film, 30% black and white film. Advertising, amateur, documentary.
Film components: 8mm, Super 8mm, 9.5mm, 16mm, 35mm, positive film, negative film, fine grain print, final mix.

Cataloguing has been started using FIAF cataloguing rules; an in-house catalogue will be available for researchers. No date available regarding its estimated completion.
Conservation policy
Once accessioned, film and videotape is permanently kept.
