- The Arts Council film and video collection was established in 1981 and is the largest collection of documentaries on the arts in Great Britain. It represents 20 years of Arts Council commitment to the production of high quality arts programmes with an enduring value to education. Educational distribution now handled by Concord Video and Film Council.
