The Archiving Tomorrow Conference 2013 will take place on 20-22 November 2013 in Manchester.

The conference will bring together Archivists, Academics and Film Makers, Editors, Producers, Directors, etc, to discuss, debate and learn about the indepth revolution that is the transitional period between Film and Digital.

Through interviews and presentations, workshops and panels with producers, technologists, commercial archives, regional archives, major television channels, hollywood movie makers, research and development teams, academics and projects, the conference will look to examine all aspects of filmmaking, from capture to edit, visual effects to color correction, distribution to archive.

The BUFVC will provide a presentation on ‘Off-ar recording in the connected world’ as part of the conference.
