SHORT on WORK 2012 – International Competition of short documentaries on work
Global short-video contest on contemporary work 2012
Deadline for entries:  10 July 2012.

This short film competition is part of a research program by the Marco Biagi Foundation, International Doctoral Research School in Labour Relations, aimed at identifying new typological criteria – theoretical, technical and interdisciplinary – of video representations of contemporary work, useful to enhance their use in research and teaching, and for orienting future productions.

The SHORT on WORK global contest aims at stimulating and collecting new video representations of works and is open to audiovisual works consisting of a documentary of not more than 10 minutes, produced after 1 January 2012, from any country in the world, in any format, focusing on contemporary work. The Award Ceremony will be held in the Auditorium of the Marco Biagi Foundation in Italy on 15 September 2012.

The Prize for the Best Short Video on Contemporary Work is 4,000 euro and the Second Prize is 1,000,00.
