Warner Bros. Digital Distribution has launched a new series of eBooks called Inside the Script. The initial publications as part of this new initiative provide screenplays and masses of detailed behind-the-scenes information of major Hollywood films such as Casablanca, Ben-Hur, An American in Paris and North by Northwest and links to movie clips. Every “Inside the Script” title includes the film’s complete shooting script in a customizable eBook format; dozens of chapters about the script and the film that detail the movie’s development; rare historical documents such as production notes, storyboards and candid experience using internal links that instantly take you from scene to stills, from act to analysis, from dialogue to production memos. These new Books are currently available in Kindle format for £5.11 from Amazon and are also due for release as Apple iBooks and NOOK with an RRP od £6.49.
