Summary
COI synopsis: A survey of some of the latest things to wear - not that they’re the latest thing in fashion, but all carry the solution to some awkward problems. A new waistcoat for rescue workers that will allow them to penetrate deep tunnels and basements and still have walkie-talkie radio communications with the base. The secret lies in the long antenna wound round in the new piece of clothing.
