Off-Air Reps: Actioning orders
This guide is designed to take nominated Off-Air Representatives through the various steps of actioning an Off-Air request placed by a member of staff or student. If you are not an Off-Air Rep please check the Making A Request guide instead.
If you have been nominated as an Off-Air Representative for your institution you will find a link to the Rep’s area on the lefthand side when logged in to TRILT:
Once inside the Off-Air Rep area you will be able to see any requests that have been made, as well as keep track of pending, past and cancelled orders. To action an order simply click on its Order ID:
The first section you will presented with within the order’s unique page will be the details of the requestor. If this is a member of staff other than yourself, or a student, their name, email, contact number and status/position will be listed here in the event that you need to contact them directly.
If the requestor has not specified a desired format (orders are supplied as DVDs by default), or if you think it would be more beneficial to your institution to receive it in alternative format, you can set or override a previous choice here.
You can use the notification field to provide the requestor with updates to their order. For instance, if you have decided to decline their request, you can provide your reasons here.
If you have any special requirements you would like the BUFVC to be aware of you can included them in the Additional Information field.
Once you are happy the above steps have been completed to your satisfaction, simply place your order with the button at the bottom of the screen.
