Portrait Of A Queen. Part two of a two-part documentary (an After Eight special?) about the life of Queen Elizabeth, the Queen Mother. This second instalment begins and ends with orchestral music and includes excerpts of interviews with Royal Court correspondent Godfrey Talbot, seven separate speeches by the Queen Mother, and an excerpt of a speech by the Archbishop of Canterbury, Robert Runcie. The programme was researched by Vicky Leonard and Charlie Rose, engineered by Tim Wyatt, produced by Bavin Cook, and written and presented by Dickie Arbiter.
