Israeli Prime Minister, Menachem Begin has said no one was told about the attack before it happened, including Egyptian President Anwar Sadat. Includes interview with Israeli nuclear scientist Professor Yuval Ne’eman who says it is unlikely that the new French Government, led by Francois Mitterrand, will assist Iraq in rebuilding the reactor.
