Description
Unidentified male speaker (poss. George Oldfield of West Yorkshire Police) speaks to reporters about an audio tape that was sent to police by a man believed to be the Yorkshire Ripper. He says the maker of the tape is masking a speech defect, possibly a stammer. (The tape recording was later discovered to have been a hoax, carried out by John Humble).
