Martin White interviews Frank Judd, director of Oxfam, on his arrival back at Heathrow Airport, London, from a visit to Cambodia. He claims that United Nations aid supplies are finding their way to Khmer Rouge troops and warns that Khmer Rouge leader and former Cambodian Prime Minister, Pol Pot is operating inside the country with a force of six thousand troops.
