- Description
- Neil Curry reports on a series of letter bombs discovered in the West Midlands today. One postal worker just escaped serious injury as a device exploded in a Coventry sorting office. Other incendiary bombs have been found at the homes of a local councillor, a police officer and a printing firm. The Animal Liberation Front has claimed responsibility for the device sent to the printing firm, which produces leaflets for a fur company, but not for any of the other parcels. Now police chiefs are warning the public to check any parcels they are not expecting. Includes interview with Assistant Chief Constable Tom Meffen.
