Description
Home Office Minister Ann Widdecombe on the granting of a five day reprieve period in which lawyers for 19-year-old student Ade Onibyo, from a family of activists opposed to the Nigerian regime, can apply for a judicial review of the decision to deport him from his home in Essex where he has lived since he was 11. Widdecombe says he has yet to produce convincing evidence he would be in genuine danger if he was deported, despite the fact his father Abdul Onibyo was sent back in October and has not been seen since. Male interviewer not identified. On London News 97.3FM.
