Interview with film producer Barry Goulding following the release of controversial video Caught in the Act, a compilation of public Close Circuit TV footage. MPs have suggested the film will undermine the trust the public has in CCTV and also a fear it will leave people open to blackmail if an illicit affair is uncovered in the video.
