Nicky Broyd interviews Andrew Neil, editor of The Sunday Times, about the decision of the European Court of Human Rights that the UK Government broke the convention that safeguards freedom of speech when it banned publication of extracts from the Peter Wright’s book, Spycatcher. Three British newspapers were prevented from publishing extracts from the book- The Sunday Times, The Observer, and The Guardian.
