Margaret Shiels reports on attempts by French musician and composer, Jean Michel Jarre, to stage a concert in the London docklands area. He is expected to attend a Newham Council meeting of the environment and planning committee which will consider whether or not safety plans for the concert come up to scratch before granting a licence for the show which will include lasers and fireworks. Includes interview with Fred Jones, Newham Council.
